If Carvenchy Arbutin 7.0 + TXA 4.0 Cream isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Opened products are accepted.

How to start a return
Email Carvenchyinquiries@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the address to send the product to. Please do not send items back before you hear from us, as returns sent without instructions may not reach us.

Refunds
Once we receive and confirm your return, we refund the product price to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take several additional business days to show the refund. Original shipping was free, so there is nothing to refund for shipping.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund the full amount, including return shipping where applicable.

Bundle orders
Bundle discounts (2 or 3 tubes) are applied to your order total. If you return part of a bundle, the refund is calculated at the price you actually paid per tube, and the remaining tubes may no longer qualify for the bundle price.

Exceptions
Orders canceled before they ship are refunded in full. Items returned after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund.
